The challenge: the existing website lacked pertinent information about the services offered, contact information was difficult to find, call to action was unclear. In addition, it lacked visual appeal. 

The design process:
1. Evaluate existing design utilizing usabililty heuristics
2. Sketch new layout with prioritization of key elements
3. Wireframe new layout
4. Review with client and update based on feedback
5. High fidelity design iterations with client
6. Obtain user feedback
7. Deploy
8. Measure success (Google Analytics, Registration, Purchases)
